We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If for any reason you need to return an item, please review our return policy below.

Returns

  • Products may be returned only if they are unopened and in their original packaging.

  • We are unable to accept returns of opened or used products for health and safety reasons.

Return Process

  1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at laura@aussieglows.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return.

  3. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item(s) back.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the unopened product and place a new order.
