About the Role

Do you love beauty, meeting new people, and making others feel amazing? aussie glows is looking for a friendly, detail-oriented, and self-motivated individual to join our team as a mobile spray tan artist. No experience? No problem! We provide full training and all the equipment you need.

As a spray tan artist, you’ll travel to clients’ homes across Dallas, giving them a flawless, natural-looking glow while ensuring they feel comfortable and confident. This is a part-time, flexible, commission-based role with plenty of opportunities to grow with the company. What We’re Looking For:

✅ A fun, friendly personality that puts clients at ease

✅ Excellent customer service skills

✅ Reliable, trustworthy, and professional — our clients expect discretion, timeliness and top-tier service

✅ Self-motivated and organized — you’ll be managing your own schedule

✅ Comfortable with a flexible schedule — appointments happen at various times of the day, including evenings and weekends

✅ Prior sales experience a plus, but not required

✅ Must have reliable transportation - this is a mobile position (not in a salon), meaning you will be travelling to clients’ homes daily across Dallas-Fort Worth

✅ Ability to thrive under pressure - to handle a busy schedule, large spray tan parties, and troubleshoot when things go wrong

✅ Physically able to perform the job — this includes standing for long periods, bending, squatting, and holding a spray gun for 20+ minutes at a time

✅ Strong verbal and written communication skills — you’ll be guiding clients through their tanning experience and answering questions

✅ Experience with airbrush makeup or tanning is a plus, but not required

✅ Willingness to assist with additional tasks as needed
